Great value for money of a North American sized room and excellent wired internet for free. Very convenient location, practically at the railway station.

The hotel has a great location near the train station and within walking distance to key sightseeing spots. Buses depart from across the street and take you quickly to the castle and garden. Another advantage is the big shopping center with affordable restaurants just a crosswalk away. The rooms are clean and well-serviced, and the hotel staff is helpful and accommodating.
The hotel is old and in need of renovation. The air conditioning system is outdated and individual rooms can only control air speed.

Great location, close to train station, shopping and main sightseeing attractions. Friendly staff.
Claustrophobic room and no ability to turn on fan or air conditioning because they had it looked on heat - therefore i sweated all night and slept poorly.

Located just a few steps away from the train station, it was the perfect spot to use as a base for exploring the city. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were happy to provide tips on local attractions and restaurants.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the room was a big inconvenience. Although it was available in the lobby, it meant having to leave the room to go online.

We chose this hotel for its location. It is ideally sited near the Railway Station for our purposes of touring the area by the Loop Bus and for visiting relatives by rail.

The location could not be beat. It is right across from the train station. The staff were very helpful. There are very few double rooms, so we had a twin room, but that meant two large beds (probably equivalent to us full/double) pushed together.
